"We had searched several dealerships for a set of arm rest for our trike and they all just more or less said we would never find any but we went to Cycle Nation and Seth Willis met us and ask if he could help us and we told him what we were looking for and he went right to work and found us a set it took a little while but he never gave up till we received them and even emailed to see how they fit so now Im very happy and so is my husband because he does'nt have to listen to me any more when we ride Thanks for all you did for us. "I had thoughts of obtaining a two-wheeler again as I currently ride a trike. On this one visit, sitting in the doorway was a used Suzuki V-Strom. I was pleasantly surprised to be offerred to take it for a ride. Previous managements would not permit this! I talked with Rusty and Bobby in sales; Jeff and Mike in service, and Brian in parts. The personnel were informative and pleasant to deal with in the store. I am now the owner of a V-Strom."

"Cycle Nation has changed a lot since the KC days. I went in to look at a commuter bike for my son and the staff was very helpful (Danny Franks) I got him a new Ninja 250 and financed it at the dealership. I got a great deal and the whole transaction was pretty much hassle free. They didn't have the helmet he wanted but got it for me in two days. It's nice to be able to spend my money in town and see that someone appreciates it. "
